Until now. The air is coated with smoke..smells like wood chips. And since hurricane season starts June 1...I need to get a kit. I also have been debating getting renters insurance. Everyone says its inexpensive so I will contact GEICO for a quote...I guess it'll be worth it versus havign to replace all my stuff. I've set it up for $40 each paycheck. Right now I think that is acceptable considering it was $0 before. :-) My original goal was to add $74 a paycheck so I could get to my emergency fund goal in 5 months.
